Led by co-founder Rhonda James
A seasoned, certified event producer with more than a decade of experience orchestrating high-impact social and corporate events across New York City, Rhonda James founded E218 Events Management in 2017. She blends strategic planning with creative excellence to deliver experiences people remember.
From black-tie galas to borough-wide public events, Rhonda and her team are a trusted partner to government agencies, nonprofits, private companies and cultural institutions. She is known for flawless execution, meticulous attention to detail, and a rare mix of logistical mastery, artistic vision and business acumen.
Under her leadership, E218 has produced The Bronx Ball, the borough's premier gala honoring inductees to the Bronx Walk of Fame, transforming unconventional venues, from historic fountains to vacant warehouses, and managing everything from site maps, security and city permits to VIP transportation, live streaming and décor.
As Senior Event Producer for the Tour de Bronx, which draws more than 4,000 cyclists each year, she oversees rest stops, traffic control, medical services, sponsor integration and rider support, growing the ride's scale while keeping its community spirit.
Driven, strategic and solutions-focused, Rhonda thrives under pressure and brings order to chaos without losing sight of the big picture or the guest experience.
